Hi,  and welcome to the sister site of my fathers website, called, My Journey to 100, which is just how this whole idea got started. I believe deep down we all long and hope for a long, healthy and fulfilling life, where we are rewarded for our good deeds, but few actually get to live out that dream, however,  many more are now living longer and healthier than ever before in history. Due to my fathers aspirations to live to 100, I now find myself totally addicted to the new and modern human longevity trend.
