My name is Jeff Thrasher, a 59 year old divorced father, of a 14 year old daughter, who is the light of my life.  I am an avid internet marketer, health nut, musician/percussionist/conga player who has a real passion for the human body to be able to heal itself. To this extent, I have not seen a Doctor all of my adult life, that is not to say I am in perfect health or have perfect health habits. I am just a regular guy, albeit a little eccentric when it comes to my diet, exercise and supplementation habits!
